. Current Yoga Offerings .
Meet with your fellow yogis from the comfort of your own home and come join an in-person class from time to time! All classes fall under the umbrella of a gentle moderate practice with a focus on alignment and balancing out the muscles to bring more ease into the body. There is an emphasis on the breath throughout practice to help bring deeper breaths and more oxygen into the body. Time is spent seated, standing, on hands and knees, as well as on the floor. Let's get together to bring more awareness into the body, move, and have fun! For me, it's important to share space for our community to come together and play yoga, however that works for you. Monday Be You In The Morning 9:30-10:30am
- Bring some movement into the start of your week! Sitting at your desk a lot? Notice that you're not moving around as much and just sitting a lot in general? Join me on Zoom to start your week off with some movement and ease into things!
- $10 per class
- This hour long class offered midweek is a delicious treat to end your Wednesday, soothe some tightness and tension from the week, get you recharged and ready to take on the rest of the week!

Classes offered both on Zoom as well as in person. Yogi's choice whether to join virtually or in person :)

New! Tuesdays 5:30-6:30pm September 5th - October 24th at Columbia-Greene Community College:
- 8 weeks of stretching and flowing offered through CGCC both via Zoom AND in person! You choose each week whether you want to stay home and join virtually or come in person :)
- All Covid restrictions have been lifted, so all are welcome to participate in person.
- This class will have a similar feel to other Julia classes in that we'll spend time seated, standing, as well as on the floor, focusing on balancing out the musculoskeletal system and bringing more ease into the body.
- Class fee is $100 + registration fees
- You must pre-register to take this course. You can register in person at the college with the Office of Community Engagement, or by phone 518.697.6370, or by using their online registration form.

- Bring your own mat and any other props you wish to practice with. I generally recommend a blanket/towel to sit on as well as for extra padding when on hands and knees, and two blocks. But it's your practice and up to you what you use!
. In-Person Classes .
Monday Kripalu Yoga 5:30-6:30pm at Bard College:
- Currently open only to Bard students, staff, and faculty
- Join your Bard community for this yummy hour of yoga. Melt the stress of your Monday, shake off the week come Thursday, and head into the rest of your evening in a blissed yoga state.
- If you can, please bring your own mat and any props you like to practice with. Communal mats to borrow in particular are limited...
- Please note, there will be no class Saturday, September 23rd.
- Start your weekend off with some movement with your yoga friends! Shake off the week and recharge for whatever your weekend has in store.
- Classes held in a beautiful old barn setting under the soft glow of twinkle lights. Big sliding doors on both sides of the building give us great cross breezes. It is an old barn so there is no A/C, but there are fans for when it gets a little hot :)
- $10 per class
- Please bring your own mat and any props you like to practice with.
- No pre-registration necessary. Come when you can!
- The big barn at Tydeman Farm, 564 County Route 10 Livingston, NY (depending on your GPS, it sometimes shows up as Germantown or Hudson). Close to the intersection of Routes 10 and 31.
