Well, we are still in a different world these days, my friends...
We are living in a hybrid world of online offerings as well as in-person offerings now, and sometimes both at the same time! Meet with your fellow yogis from the comfort of your own home! Come join an in-person class from time to time! For me, it's important to still share space for our community to come together and play yoga, however that works for you. See the schedule below:

- Bring some movement into the start of your week! Sitting at your desk a lot? Notice that you're not moving around as much and just sitting a lot in general? Join me on Zoom to start your week off with some movement and ease into things!
- $8 per class
Wednesday Be You In The Evening 6-7pm
- This hour long class offered midweek is a delicious treat to end your Wednesday, soothe some tightness and tension from the week, get you recharged and ready to take on the rest of the week!

Saturday Weekend Wiggle 9:30-10:30am
- Start your Saturday off with some time to move, get aligned and balanced, and ready to jump into the weekend!

- Offered through Columbia-Greene Community College. Eight lovely weeks of yoga with yours truly taken in person at the college, or on Zoom if you prefer. Best part, you can flip flop and take it on Zoom one week and then come in person the following! Totally your choice! You aren't cemented into one way or the other. Cool, right?
- Starts Tuesday, January 31st and runs for 8 weeks
- Fee: $100

- This will be a nice wind down for your Tuesdays. A time to slow down and gently move your body. All levels welcome. Nothing really required but a yoga mat is helpful to have. I also like to have a blanket/towel to sit on and have handy as padding for when we are on hands and knees. Two yoga blocks can be helpful as well if you happen to have them. Don't worry if you don't! BYO whatever props you like to yoga with.

Monday Kripalu Yoga 5:30-6:30pm at Bard College:
- Currently open only to Bard students, staff, and faculty
- Join your Bard community for this yummy hour of yoga. Melt the stress of your Monday and head into the rest of your evening in a blissed yoga state.
- If you can, please bring your own mat and any props you like to practice with. Communal mats to borrow in particular are limited...
