​Well, we are in a different world these days, my friends...
Most in-person classes with me are cancelled for now, due to COVID-19, and we've adapted and transformed and are getting together for the most part online! Meet with your fellow yogis from the comfort of your own home! For me, it's important to still share space for our community to come together and play yoga - and that place right now is mostly in ZoomLand (as I like to call it) and on YouTube. We are starting to have some in-person as well as hybrid options though! See the schedule below:

I made some videos, available on YouTube, if you're looking for something to add to your home practice and to do on your own schedule! They range from short practices to longer ones. You'll even find some Restorative Yoga options in there!

Monday Be You In The Morning 9:30-10:30am

  • Bring some movement into the start of your week! Sitting at your desk a lot? Notice that you're not moving around as much and just sitting a lot in general? Join me on Zoom to start your week off with some movement and ease into things!
  • $8 per class

Wednesday Be You In The Evening 6-7pm​​​
  • This hour long class offered midweek is a delicious treat to end your Wednesday, soothe some tightness and tension from the week, get you recharged and ready to take on the rest of the week!
  • $8 per class​

Saturday Weekend Wiggle 9:30-10:30am​​​
  • Please note, there is no class June 25th
  • Give yourself some time on your Saturday morning to move, stretch, and get ready to take on the weekend!
  • $8 per class

. In-Person Classes .

Monday Kripalu Yoga 5:30-6:30pm at Bard College:
  • Currently open only to Bard students, staff, and faculty​
  • Join your Bard community for this yummy hour of yoga. Melt the stress of your Monday and head into the rest of your evening in a blissed yoga state.​
  • Please bring your own mat and any props you like to practice with.

Thursday Community Yoga 6-7:15pm at the Won Dharma Center in Claverack, NY:
  • Please note, there is no class until Thursday July 21st. Apologies for the disruption.
  • To keep our community safe while we practice together, we ask you please adhere to the following guidelines:
  • At this time, all students must be fully vaccinated to attend class.
  • Please bring your vaccine card/proof of vaccination to your first class to complete our Covid Waiver.
  • Wear as mask in communal areas - while checking in, the bathroom, to and from your mat.
  • Masks are optional during practice.
  • If possible, please bring your own mat and props - we do have props you can borrow and ask that you please wipe down props after use. Cleaning supplies will be provided.​
  • Pre-registration not necessary.

  • We meet in Il Won Hall (unless otherwise directed) which is the building right in front of you as you drive onto the property.
  • Suggested donation of $10 (cash or check - cash preferable)
  • Due to big groups coming to campus for retreats, the following Won Dharma Community Yoga classes are cancelled this summer: June 9, June 23, June 30, July 7, July 14. We apologize for the disruption and appreciate your understanding.
